This prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) is advertised by Lidl Great Britain Limited (“LIDL”) through the LIDL PLUS APP.
This Prize Draw is promoted by Kazoo Films Ltd (registered company number: 15657682) whose registered office is at Hunningtons, 11 The Goffs, Eastbourne, East Sussex, England, BN21 1HA (“Kazoo”, “Promoter”, "we" or “us”) and is subject to (i) Kazoo’s terms and conditions and privacy policy set out on https://www.kazoofilms.co.uk/privacy-policy/ (“Competition Website”), (ii) the below set-out terms, and (iii) the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy by the prize agency Element London Limited (“The Supplier”, or “Supplier”) (the privacy policy is accessible here: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/ (jointly: T&Cs). In case of a conflict, the below set-out terms prevail.
By entering the Prize Draw, you are deemed to accept the T&Cs and you agree and acknowledge the Prize Draw and the Prize are subject to the T&Cs.
This Prize Draw opens at 00:01 (Greenwich Mean Time) on 20 April 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59pm on 21 May 2026 (Greenwich Mean Time)(“Closing Time”) inclusive.
The Prize Draw is open to Lidl Plus app users only. Entrants to this Prize Draw must be residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees and officers of (i) Kazoo, as well as (ii) of organisations professionally involved with the Prize Draw; and (iii) of companies within the same group as companies referred to in (i) and/or (ii); and, in each case, their immediate families or households, are excluded from participating.
Participants must consent to any policy, cookie policy and any terms and conditions that are linked to on the Competition Website (which may include third party terms and conditions, such as of The Supplier) and participation in the Prize Draw shall be deemed consent to such policies.
An entrant may only be entered into the Prize Draw once.
Kazoo will host a landing page on the Competition Website.
To enter this Prize Draw, on the Competition Website, you need to submit a completed online entry form stating your full name, email, confirmation that the participant is 18 years or older, and confirmation of the participant’s UK residency (excluding Northern Ireland), and the Code (to be found in Lidl+ app) by the Closing Time.
Kazoo shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the Closing Time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.
You must have a valid email address, debit or credit card (as this may be requested by the accommodation at check in) and a bank account in the UK (for transferral of the travel allowance of £200) (“Travel Allowance”) and for transfer of the Activity Allowance and Meals Allowance to claim the Prize.
The Supplier will transfer the Travel Allowance (of £200), the Activity Allowance (of £200) and the Meals Allowance (of £200) by bank transfer to the Winner’s bank account in the UK.
There will be 1 lucky winner of the Prize Draw.
The winner will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process by Kazoo (“Potential Winner”).
The Potential Winner of the Prize Draw will be notified within 14 days after the Closing Time (“first notification”), by Kazoo emailing the email address entered by the Potential Winner when submitting their entry. The Potential Winner has 14 days from having been contacted by Kazoo (“Claiming Deadline”) to comply with the below steps in order to be considered Winner at the end of the Claiming Deadline.
Following first notification by Kazoo that the Potential Winner has won the Prize Draw, the Potential Winner must comply with the below set out steps by the Claiming Deadline to claim the Prize. Failure to do so shall result in the Potential Winner no longer being entitled to claim the Prize (with no claim to it whatsoever) and Kazoo shall select another Potential Winner.
In order to claim the Prize, the Potential Winner must supply Kazoo with valid account details in order for Kazoo to be able to transfer the £200 “Travel Allowance” as well as the Meals Allowance and the Activity Allowance. Kazoo will first transfer £1 to ensure the account details are correct and you must confirm receipt of this £1 before the Claiming Deadline. Subject to you confirming receipt of the £1, Kazoo will transfer the remaining £199 to the same account details.
You must also confirm to Kazoo that you have a valid debit or credit card as the accommodation may request this at check in.
Kazoo confirms that your account details will not be retained by Kazoo other than in accordance with its usual accounting procedures.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Kazoo will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Potential Winner, using the email address submitted by the Potential Winner on the online entry form on the Competition Website as part of their entry to the Prize Draw. Kazoo accepts no responsibility if the email address is not correct or if there has been a delivery failure (or if Kazoo’s email is not seen by you, in your spam folder, etc.).
Kazoo reserves the right to select another Potential Winner from the valid and eligible entries that were received if the Potential Winner does not complete the steps above within the Claiming Deadline and/or with these terms.
Kazoo does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize and/or do not supply Kazoo with the information it requires in order for you to claim the Prize.
Once you have complied with the above steps, you will be considered Winner of the Prize Draw (“Winner”) and Kazoo will put you in touch with The Supplier and from that point onwards, The Supplier will be responsible for assisting you in claiming the Prize and liaising with the Supplier.
Once you have been notified that you have won in accordance with these terms and you have accepted the Prize in accordance with these terms, Kazoo will pass on your details (name and email address) to The Supplier and they will be responsible for all further steps involved in the Winner claiming the Prize. The Supplier may request further data and information from you and such data and information will be subject to The Supplier’s privacy policy which form part of the T&Cs.
The Supplier will send you a selection of locations for your farm stay and you will be able to select a location out of that list that The Supplier will provide you with.

For transparency, Kazoo (a) is obliged to confirm the full name of the Winner ; and Kazoo (b) may also provide the Winner’s name and the details of the Prize to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), if requested to do so by the ASA. The Winner hereby consents to the Promoter’s disclosure of the Winner’s name and the Prize as set out in clause (a) and (b). To the extent possible, and to the extent permitted by the law, the Promoter shall notify the Winner of such request as soon as reasonably possible.
Accommodation does not include any meals (apart from what you can purchase as part of the Meals Allowance), incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip – these will be your responsibility;
The Prize is for 4 people: 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary
At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over; where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
This Prize must be booked within 12 months from the date of first notification by Kazoo that you have won the Prize Draw and all travel must be completed within that time. If the Prize is not booked/used by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Kazoo reserves the right to award the Prize to another randomly selected entrant or to forfeit the Prize entirely;
You must provide three preferred travel dates in three separate months to The Supplier, no later than six weeks prior to the first desired departure date;
Once booked, no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
Accommodation will be selected by The Supplier at their sole discretion;
The Winner must book their own travel to and from the venue (i.e. accommodation provided as part of the Prize). The Winner will receive the Travel Allowance which will be transferred by Kazoo to the Winner’s nominated UK bank account. The Winner is solely responsible for transfers to/from the accommodation provided as part of the Prize and and any venues to be visited as part of the Prize (i.e. venues providing activities , the farm, the farm shop, etc.);
Apart from the meals that may be purchased with the Meals Allowance, no meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be paid for or reimbursed and these will be the responsibility of the Winner;
The Prize also excludes any additional meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable;
No cash alternative to the Prize is available;
The Winner and their guests are solely responsible for any necessary insurance in connection with the Prize Draw;
Once the Winner is selected in accordance with these terms, Kazoo will pass on the Winner’s name and email address to The Supplier;
The Supplier will be in touch with the Winner to coordinate the Winner claiming all further the elements of the Prize and the Supplier will be solely responsible for all such further steps in connection with the Prize;
The Winner must confirm to The Supplier three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to the first desired departure date;
Once booked, no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
The dates on which the Prize can be used are subject to the Supplier’s availability and depend on the relevant accommodation not being booked up at the time the Winner wishes to reserve their stay, as well as desired activities being available on the desired days of entry by the Winner.
The Winner agrees that the trip cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January, (Christmas and New Year), Easter Sunday or any UK Public Holiday;
If the Winner is unable to participate in any of the activities that are part of the Prize Draw, then Supplier will, at their sole discretion, offer suitable alternatives of equal value, and alternative activities will be determined by the Supplier at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities, then no alternatives will be provided;
Kazoo reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/property/destinations/transfers/ at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of the Prize or element of the Prize being substituted (and the evaluation of the value and/or elements to be substituted is at Kazoo’s discretion);
The Prize may only be taken by the Prize Draw Winner along with any accompanying guest(s) notified Kazoo and The Supplier, subject to the maximum number of guests specified within the prize details.
The Prize duration may not be extended and no element of the Prize may be changed by the Winner. Additional guests outside the maximum amount permitted in the Prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking;
You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel. You and all persons travelling with you must meet all relevant entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
Data Protection
Kazoo will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy linked to on the Competition Website, subject to your personal information only being stored by Kazoo until a Winner has been announced or, if you are the Winner, for as long reasonably needed by Kazoo for Kazoo to be able to comply with these terms and conditions, unless you confirmed on the Online Entry Form that you want to subscribe to Kazoo’s newsletter which is also subject to the privacy policy linked to on the Competition Website.

When entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Kazoo. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Kazoo for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Kazoo).
For the purpose of delivering the Prize to the Winner, limited personal data (i.e. Winner's full name) will be passed by The Supplier to accommodation and travel suppliers with whom the Prize is booked. The privacy policies of these suppliers will be provided to the Winner prior to booking.
Upon entry to the applicable venue(s) and accommodation that form part of the Prize, the terms and conditions of the operators of those venue(s) and accommodation apply.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You agree that, should you win the Prize Draw, travel to and from the Supplier’s venue, as well as entry to the Supplier’s venue and any actions or activities related to you having won the Prize Draw are at your own risk and the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of travel to and from the Supplier’s venue and/or entry to the Supplier’s venue and/or any related activities.
You further agree that, should you win the Prize Draw, entrance to the Supplier’s venue is subject to the Supplier’s venue’s terms and conditions, and the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of (a) entering and/or staying at the Supplier’s venue; and (b) being refused entry to the Supplier’s venue for any reasons.
You further agree that, should you win the Prize Draw, travel to/from the Supplier’s venue is subject to the applicable carriers’ terms and conditions, and the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of (a) travelling or, (b) should travel be refused by the applicable carrier(s) in accordance with its terms and conditions, or attempting to travel. For the avoidance of doubt, should any applicable carrier refuse to allow you to travel, the Promoter accepts no liability.
General
Entries must not:
Participants and the Winner must not disparage Kazoo, The Supplier or any other person, corporation or party affiliated with these companies or the Prize Draw generally.
Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw. Details will be used in accordance with the T&Cs.
Kazoo (and to the extent applicable, The Supplier and the Supplier) may in each of their absolute discretion change the applicable T&Cs or extend the Prize Draw without notice at any time.
If any person enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner which Kazoo determines is: (a) contrary to the T&Cs; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the Prize Draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the Prize Draw at Kazoo’s sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Kazoo. Where Kazoo determines that any actions have impaired the Prize Draw, Kazoo may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Where the Promoter makes any changes to the Prize, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Kazoo will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw or any Prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Kazoo in relation to personal injury or death caused by Kazoo’s negligence or for fraud.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the promotion, if the Promoter reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty, without limitation, through multiple computer-generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the Promoter’s opinion. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third-parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.
If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any aspect of the Prize Draw, this will be decided by the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Prize Draw due to events or circumstances arising beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Full and, if applicable, revised terms and conditions will be available at Prize Draw Website. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any such changes.
The Promoter cannot and does not guarantee that claiming the Prize will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Promoter is not and shall not be liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
Entry to this Prize Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this Prize Draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
